Whether you want to focus on your daily nutrition, fueling for a specific event, recovering from injury, or any nutrition-related issue, Ritanne will work individually with you to learn more about you and your needs to optimize your fueling strategy.


Getting started is easy. We’ll ask you to complete a nutrition questionnaire prior to your appointment. Depending on your needs, we may ask you to keep a food journal for three days. Then we’ll connect to discuss your goals. Based on our conversation, we’ll customize a nutrition strategy specific for you and your needs.
